Peach Pork Chops


6 pork chops
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can of peach halves with liquid (29 oz)
1/4 cup of vinegar
Salt and pepper


In a skillet, brown chops lightly on both sides. Pour off excess fat. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup syrup from peaches and vinegar. Season chops with salt and pepper and arrange in crock pot. Place drained peach halves on top of pork chops. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
