Jerk Chicken

1 large onion cut into chunks
1 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 a habanero pepper, seeded and minced (Please wear a glove)
1/2 tsp of ground allspice
2 tsp of dry mustard
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
4 lbs of chicken tenders


Place all ingredients into a food-processor, except chicken, and pulse until well blended. Place chicken into crock pot and cover with sauce.

Cook on LOW for 7 hours or until chicken is tender
