Lemon Chicken

1 chicken cut into pieces
1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp of salt
6 oz of frozen lemonade
3 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp of Ketchup
2 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with
1/4 cup of water
1 lemon (juice and peel)


Dredge the chicken in flour mixed with salt. Shake off excess and brown in a hot skillet. Remove chicken and put into crock pot. Mix the lemonade, lemon juice and peel, brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup and pour over the chicken. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

When cooking is finished, remove chicken and thicken the sauce with the cornstarch/water solution and serve with the chicken.
