Beef with Portobello Mushrooms

2 pounds of beef bottom round
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of allspice
1 cup of burgundy wine
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
6 ounces of Portobello mushroom caps which have been sliced into 1" pieces
1/4 cup of minced onions
2 cloves of minced garlic


In a pan, brown beef and then remove. In a bowl, mix together wine, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion and garlic together. Add Portobello mushrooms to mixture to marinate. In a seperate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and allspice to coat meat on all sides. Place inot crock pot. Add mushrooms and pour marinade over meat. Cook on LOW for 10 hours.
