Juicy Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 egg
4 slices of bread moistened with water
1/4 tsp of oregano
1/4 tsp of basil
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion


Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and shape into a wide cylinder. Use soy sauce to brush top of meatloaf. Place meatloaf in crock pot, on a rack or a ring of aluminum foil to keep it out of the drippings. Cook on HIGH for 5 hours or 10 hours on LOW.
