Barbecue Pork Sandwiches


Ingredients:
4 lbs of pork roast
2 sliced Vadalia onions (or any sweet onion)
6 whole cloves
2 cups of water
1 1/2 bottles of barbecue sauce
1 chopped onion

Directions:

Put half of the sliced onions on the bottom of the crock pot. Place meat on top with cloves and the rest of the sliced onions. Add water, cover, and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours. Remove meat and drain liquid from crock pot and discard. Shred meat and put back in the crockpot. Add chopped onion and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1-3 hours stirring three times.

Serve on large buns such as Kaisers or Ciabatta bread.
