Pork Roast with Fennel and Sage




Ingredients:
3 lbs of pork loin roast
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
4 tbsp of chopped sage
2 fennel bulbs that have been sliced
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 cup of dry white wine

Directions:

Place pork roast in crock pot and sprinkle the top and sides with salt, pepper and sage and top with fennel slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.

Remove roast and most of fennel. Turn crock pot on HIGH. In a seperate dish dissolve cornstarch in wine and stir into crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 25-30 minutes.
