Sweet & Sour Chicken

3 chicken breasts cut in half
6 medium chopped carrots
1/2 cup of chopped green peppers
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 tsp of salt
10 oz of sweet and sour sauce
15-1/4 oz of pineapple chunks
3 tbsp of cornstarch
3 tbsp of cold water
4 cups of rice


Place carrots, green pepper and onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Put chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with salt. Pour sweet and sour sauce and pineapple chunks all over and cover. Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours OR on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
