Sun Dried Tomato Sauce

1 1/2 cups of chopped sun dried tomatoes

1 chopped onion

1 cup of chopped celery

2 minced garlic cloves

36 ounces chopped tomatoes

2/3 cup of dry white wine

1 tsp of dried fennel seed

1 1/2 tsp of basil

1/2 tsp of oregano

1/2 tsp of pepper

Salt to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
