Red Clam Sauce


Ingredients:
2 cans of minced clams
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
1/4 cup of minced parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of dry basil
1/2 tsp of dry thyme
1/2 tsp of salt
Hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:

Cook the onions and garlic in hot oil until the onion is tender. Place onions and garlic to your crock pot. Stir in the undrained clams, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, bay leaf, sugar, basil, thymme, and salt. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.

Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
