Apple Sauce




Ingredients:
2 pounds of sliced Granny Smith apples
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tbsp of lemon juice
6 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt
Grated nutmeg to taste

Directions:

Lay apples in the bottom of your crock pot. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Cook on Low for 7 hours.

To serve, spoon hot apple sauce into individual dishes and top each with a scoop of frozen yogurt. Use the nutmeg to lightly sprinkle the top.
