Crock Pot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Pumpkin pie is usually something that comes to mind around Thanksgiving, with ham or turkey and lots of stuffing. It's definitely a favorite dessert in my house, as I'm sure it is in yours, but it is seldomly made.

However, this delicious crock pot dessert is a fun twist on a family favorite. It's quick to prepare and at the end of a hard day you can sit down and enjoy this wonderful dessert.

Fun Fact:
Did you know that pumpkin pie all began when the European settlers first came to the New World and were introduced to the pumpkin by the American Indians.

Once the settlers realized the pumpkin's wonderful versatility they began using this new fruit in both sweet and savory dishes.

I hope you enjoy!
