Crock Pot Pork Chops II

Ingredients:
6 1" pork chops
3 sliced Vadalia onions
1 tbsp of Pork seasoning
2 tbsp of bacon drippings
2 cups of chicken broth
Directions:

Place onions in a skillet and saute until translucent; then remove onions. Rub pork chops thoroughly with pork seasoning. Brown the pork chops in the skillet to seal in the juices. Place half of the onions in the bottom of the crock pot and place the pork chops on top and cover with the remaining onions. Pour the chicken broth into the hot skillet that browned the pork chops and onions and deglaze to pick up all the brown bits left behind. Pour over onions and pork chops, cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
