Crock Pot Beef and Potatoes

2 lbs of lean ground beef
1 can of tomato soup
1 tsp of salt and pepper
6 medium yukon gold potatoes
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 cup of light cream
1/4 cup of finely chopped onions


Brown beef in a large skillet or crock pot with a browning unit. Remove any excess fat. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, onion, and tomato soup. Peel and slice potatoes. In crock pot arrange alternate layers of potatoes and meat, with potatoes on the bottom. Pour tomato soup mixture over. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Turn control to HIGH. Pour cream over everything and cover and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
