Spinach Meatballs


1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 package of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1 cup of beef broth
8 oz of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of dry red wine
1 tbsp of cornstarch

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form small balls. Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch. Pour over meatballs. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

This recipe can be served over noodles or rice.
