Spicy Beef Tacos


Ingredients:

2 pounds of lean ground beef
2 medium onions finely chopped
2 tbs of chili powder
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of paprika
2 tsp of salt
1/3 of a cup of Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
1 tbs of Worcestershire sauce
1 can of pinto beans or green peas that have been drained and pureed
Taco shells

Directions:

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions...make sure to drain really well. Place beef, onions and salt in crock pot. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beans and hot sauce. In the last hour of cooking add chili powder, oregano and paprika. Cover and cook on the LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours.

Serve with taco shells and any taco toppings you can think of (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese etc.)
